Terms and Conditions - Freeze my membership

We offer this facility on a gesture of goodwill basis, and it is subject to the following terms:

• The minimum period of a freeze is 1 month.

• The maximum period of a freeze is 6 months.

• Freeze periods start on the 1st of the month, and end on the last day of the month.

• Freeze requests via email for the following month must be given by the 25th of the month. Requests submitted on or after this day will not take effect until the month thereafter.

• Freezes applied after the 20th of the month may be too late to amend a direct debit payment. If a full fee is collected, this will be held as credit towards future payments.

• Freeze periods are free for any 3 months within a 12 month period and then charged at £4.99 per month, per person. If freezing for medical reasons, on provision of appropriate medical documentation the freeze will be processed free of charge.

• Freeze requests cannot be backdated.
